You are responsible for the stable operation and the continuous development of our Digital Workplace and, together with your team, shape modern and scalable structures. The management and optimization of our Windows, macOS and iOS terminals is in your hands: You work with modern solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Munki. For a reliable identity platform, you are guided by the operational operation and the further development of our Microsoft Active Director and Entra ID environment. You keep our Microsoft-365 services stable and keep thinking of them continuously to create a modern and powerful digital workplace. Complex Incidents and Problems Analyze sustainably, identify causes and develop solutions in 2nd and 3rd level support. With your focus on optimization potentials, you drive automations and bring our operating processes to a new level through modern workflow solutions. Collaboration with external service providers and managed service partners is part of everyday life for you: You coordinate topics in a targeted manner and keep an overview. In cross-departmental projects around infrastructure, security, network and business applications, you bring your know-how and shape the further development of our IT landscape. An ITIL certification and your understanding of modern IT service processes complete your profile.

Multiannual experience in the operation of corporate-critical Microsoft infrastructures and in the operation environment you are already bringing with you and you are delighted to solve complex technical challenges sustainably.
