System Engineer specializing in Citrix and Parallels RAS (m/f/d)

Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks You analyze customer requirements and develop tailor-made concepts for modern virtualization and remote access solutions. You plan, implement and operate Citrix and Parallels RAS environments – from design to stable productive operation. You ensure availability, performance and security of existing platforms and ensure smooth operation. You analyze technical challenges, perform fault analyses and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions. You work independently in customer projects, bring your know-how to the team and advance optimizations and automation. You create and provide technical documentation, operating instructions and knowledge databases.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have a completed training or study in the IT field, for example as a specialist informatics (all genders), system administrator (all genders) or in a comparable area. You bring several years of experience in the design, implementation and operation of Citrix and/or Parallels RAS environments. You know based on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Citrix NetScaler and FSLogix. Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows Server, Networks and Virtualization Technologies are among your daily tools. Ideally, you have experience with other modern workplace and cloud technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID or Microsoft Intune. You work structured, solution-oriented and independent – and at the same time appreciate the exchange in a competent team. A strong customer and service orientation, a professional appearance and excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
