Technical advice and support of our customers on document management / enterprise content management systems independent processing of customer requests Implementation of DMS projects, from the implementation of workshops, design and project implementation Further qualification of customers in the field of DMS / ECM Active communication to our customers Optional: Development of applications for the implementation of customer requirements

You have a completed vocational training and/or a completed study with a focus on economics or information technology – whether with years of professional experience or as starters (m/w/d) Ideally, you have already been able to collect first DMS/ECM product knowledge You have fun to advise and develop customers You are passionate about IT and the digitalization of processes Ideally, you have basic knowledge of system architecture and programming – but this is not a must You bring an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach with Embossed communication skills and high customer orientation shape your work You have fun working together in an overarching team
