You support our teams in all organizational tasks. In addition to the maintenance of internal database systems, order administration and the flawing of services, you take the time recording, calendar management and communication with mandates and business partners in German and English. You take over the planning and organisational preparation of dates, events, travel bookings and spears. In addition, you support activities related to the creation of presentations, work documents and lectures.

Completed commercial training or economic and social studies Funded knowledge as team and/or partner assistance, ideally in an audit or consulting company Secure user knowledge in the MS Office products German and very good English skills Efficient and self-sponsored operation and a pronounced organizational institution
