Engine Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and maintenance of machines in the work area • Conversion and installation of all machines in the working area during product change • Adjustable machine parameters to meet the quality and product-specific requirements • implementation of small repairs • Error analysis and correction • regular control of production • Providing the materials for the further production process for further processing • Documentation of process orders and production figures using ERP software SAP • Preservation and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile:

• completed food engineering or commercial engineering training, for example as a specialist for food technology, machine and plant manager in a comparable professional picture • Ready to work in the 3-layer system • computer knowledge desirable • Team skills, quality awareness and good understanding
