Senior Client Representation TGA (HLSK) / Technical Operations Management (m/f/d)

Strategic project management: You take full responsibility for the technical building equipment with a focus on HLSK. Control all project phases according to HOAI Maintenance and maintenance management: You develop and implement maintenance strategies for the entire fair location. This includes precise planning Service coordination: You act as a central interface for controlling external service providers and maintenance companies. You control their quality of work, schedule and compliance with the agreed budgets. Quality and cost management: You monitor compliance with technical standards and budgets. As contractor representatives, you identify proactive deviations and initiate countermeasures Technical decreases: You accompany and control technical decreases and commissioning of highly complex plants Optimisation of operations: You advise on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to make the operation of our site sustainable and economical

A successfully completed study in the field of supply and building technology or a comparable qualification At least 10 years of well-founded professional experience in the planning, construction or operation of technical building equipment Detectable experience in the role of contractor representation or in a leading position in complex construction projects Expert knowledge in the fields of heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning, basic knowledge of electrical engineering and a deep understanding of building automation Proven competence in coordinating external partner companies Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, VOB and legal frameworks Experiences in the relevant office software, CAD as well as desirable plan radar, Navision, etc. Negotiating occurrence, enforcement ability and a pronounced solution orientation
