As Manager Operational Excellence – Maintenance (m/w/x) you are a key part of our team and make a significant contribution to the implementation of our range strategy. You actively drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with the controlling processes and are responsible for KPI tracking in maintenance. With your work, you create the basis for the continuous optimization of our processes and contribute significantly to ensuring the highest quality standards.

Support for maintenance management in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potentials and assessment of risks and derivation of appropriate risk mitigation measures

Responsibility for planning, controlling and controlling the maintenance budget as well as the development of targeted measures to optimise costs and ensure financial achievement

Development and development of key-number systems for controlling performance and efficiency in maintenance, including analysis of relevant data, derivation of recommendations for action and identification of trends and patterns

Identification of potential improvement in existing processes and active support for processes optimization projects

Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards and monitoring of regular audits

Creating meaningful reports and presentations for management for the transparent presentation of progress and results of strategic initiatives, as well as promoting effective cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth implementation of strategic measures

a successfully completed study of the business economy, economic engineering, engineering or a comparable subject

multiannual professional experience in strategic project management, ideally related to maintenance or production

well-founded experience in handling controlling processes, KPI systems and in the analysis and processing of management key figures

safe handling of MS Office and BI tools; Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) of advantage

pronounced analytical skills, structured and independent working methods and a high solution orientation

strong communication and presentation skills as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation with different stakeholders

very good knowledge of German and English
