HR Generalist - Recruiting / Employment Law (m/w/d)

We are part of an international group. For more than 30 years, we have been an expert in innovative cabling infrastructure and plug solutions based on glass fiber technology across Europe. Especially where large amounts of data have to be transmitted quickly and safely. Advising and supporting managers and employees in all HR relevant matters as well as labour and tax issues Active cooperation in building a European service team and implementing international shipments in compliance with all legal requirements Control of the international recruiting and onboarding process including communication with applicants and recruiting partners Operational personnel work from recruitment to exit including the associated administrative activities Optimization and further development of HR processes and internal workflows Takeover and participation in conceptual and project-oriented special tasks (personal development, health management)

Completed study with a personal economic focus or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, as well as comprehensive knowledge in labour law and reliable user knowledge in pay tax and social security law. Open communication behaviour and team spirit as well as an empathic personality with convincing appearance Self-employed, structured and proactive Organizational talent, initiative and creativity Affinity for HR IT systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
