As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are responsible for the support and professional development of our subsidiaries and partner markets and visit them regularly. Together with the responsible specialist departments, they coordinate sales, product and other specialist training and carry out these in part themselves. Your tasks include the responsibility for visibility, adaptation, presentation and application of all sales-relevant tools of the headquarters in the defined countries. They design the processes between the branch offices or Regional Sales Managers and Departments at the headquarters. They support the BU management in project-related tasks and in carrying out annual planning with the subsidiaries. The cooperation in managing the subsidiaries through modern controlling and sales controlling tools is also part of your task. They work at international trade fairs. In addition, you will develop strategic market and customer analyses.

A completed study in an engineering or business field or comparable training is the basis of your qualification. They provide several years of relevant professional experience in the above-described field of work. They are characterized by their independent, analytical, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as their high customer orientation and your entrepreneurial action. In addition to your excellent communication skills, your strengths also include strength and innovativeness. Your profile is rounded off by your very good German and very good English skills as well as international readiness. Further language skills are advantageous.
