Project Manager - International Trade Fairs (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and preparation of international trade fairs. Your tasks include the development of creative trade fair concepts and product presentations - from idea to implementation. You provide support and work in the event of the on-site take-off. You design and implement accompanying trade fair activities. Planning and monitoring of project budgets and timelines are an integral part of your responsible task. You act as an interface to subsidiaries in the planning, implementation, training and success control of trade fair activities in the countries. You coordinate external service providers. You take responsibility, keep an overview and support projects with highest commitment.

A successfully completed study or training in the field of marketing, BWL, communication, trade fair management and the like form the basis of your qualification. Your relevant professional experience in trade fair and event management brings us forward. You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility and their pronounced organisational skills. A conscientious, structured, customer- and team-oriented way of working is of course for you. Your high standards for yourself and your work results perfectly match our ambitions and values. You are safe in handling MS Office. You have very good communicative skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a high readiness to travel (sometimes on weekends) complete your profile. You have a driving licence of class 3 or B.
