Head of Kita Rotlaub The 3-group Kita Rotlaub in the Herdern district is looking for a new facility management as part of a succession due to retirement. You will guide the 3-group Kita Rotlaub in the Herdern district for children from the 3rd year of age to the school entrance with currently 13 employees with a 50% line release. Together with your team, you are responsible for the further development of the facility taking into account the peculiarities of the district. You control personnel and team development as well as the training of educational professionals. The design of the parental partnership is in your hands.

You are a state-recognized educatorin, state-recognized childhood teacher*in or have a different qualification according to § 7(6) Child Day Care Act (KiTaG). You have professional experience as a pedagogical specialist. Ideally, you already have first management experiences and knowledge about the infans concept of early education as well as the implementation of open work. With your high sense of responsibility, safe occurrence, communication strength and a pronounced team capacity, you can score with us.
