Technical support & analysis: You answer complex customer questions that have not yet been solved by affiliates in support. A versatile working day – of course, we do a lot of data analysis in SQL in the banking control system and program itself in R or Python, but our solutions will only be good when we understand our customers and their processes and challenges. Exchange with customers – in addition to eliminating existing problems, the further development of our applications is also an important task. It is important to understand our customers. This communicative work is a considerable proportion of working time.

Completed, subject-related studies or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant professional experience Ideally multiannual professional experience from a bank or work in an auditing or consulting company for financial institutions, in particular in bank management, controlling or other areas concerned with planning and risk management processes Experiences in project and request management and the technical guidance of assigned employees:inside Strong communication skills: You can easily explain complex facts and don't hesitate to perform training A secure and binding appearance towards our customers, team orientation and a pragmatic and self-responsive way of working round off your profile.
