Sales Representative (m/f/d)

You take the overall responsibility for the satisfaction of your customers and make sure that You feel very well with us. You create custom offers and prepare the corresponding calculations in advance. You build long-term customer relationships and conduct the negotiations of terms independently. Once it's cracking, you're the first person to deal with problems and escalations. You take the interface between customers and internal departments such as production, quality, purchasing and logistics. You control and analyze performance using relevant KPIs (e.g. sales, margins). You actively shape our services by taking customer needs, developing new project ideas and accompanying them to the implementation. You support the sales management in organizational and administrative topics.

You have a completed training as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman or alternatively a completed economic study and a multi-year professional experience in sales. You bring a high degree of initiative and negotiation skills. You have very good communication skills and perform customer-oriented. You convince by a safe, professional appearance and strong presentation skills. You are team-ready, well organized and work independently. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications. You are characterized by a high readiness to learn.
