Metrology technician / quality inspector – focus on coordinate metrology (m/f/d)

You program, service and optimierst coordinate measuring machines (the focal point Zeiss) You test complex precision components according to drawing, testing plan and customer specifications You create and optimize measurement programs for complex components You perform initial sampling and series testing You will test measurement results and document them according to standards You work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance You support the analysis of deviations and corrective actions

A technical training, e.g. as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable Experience in measuring technology, ideally with Zeiss-3D coordinate measuring machines Good knowledge of the programming of measurement sequences (e.g. Calypso) High technical understanding for manufacturing processes and tolerance chains Safe handling of technical drawings, shape and position tolerances Ideally experience with aviation or other regulated industries A strong quality awareness and a structured way of working Team spirit and desire to take responsibility
