• Direct care interventions at the customer on the basis of competence and preference-based clear assignments

Your profile as a nursing assistant (m/w/d):

• A successfully completed 1- or 2-year training for nursing assistant, health and nursing assistant or a successfully completed external examination for nursing assistance with sufficient professional experience
• Motivation to actively shape customer and demand-oriented care and to carry out responsible care activities on the customer
• A high level of sensitivity
• A flexible and team-oriented approach and the willingness to shift and weekend services
• Class B driving licence
