That's what you expect: You tax the Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and are responsible for the accuracy of the corporate balance sheets

You co-ordinate with the internal service provider Finance Services for RTR and PTP and are the main representative for external institutions (e.g. public institutions and auditors)

You run your team in a disciplined and professional manner (currently 7 employees) and continuously develop it

Ensure compliance with business policies and external tax rules (IFRS)

Considering internal control mechanisms (CRISP), you are confident in minimizing corporate risks

You have the responsibility for compliance in all relevant compliance aspects

You control and promote the digitalization initiatives in your area and promote optimizations

You create an interface to adjacent areas such as taxes, controlling, purchasing and legal

That's what distinguishes you: You bring multi-year professional experience in a leading position in Finance with the focus on accounting and compliance

You have well-founded expertise of international finance guidelines (IFRS)

You are a compelling leader who likes to give stability to a team, to inspire it and to continuously develop it

You are also experienced in controlling complex projects and dealing with different stakeholders

You are characterized by excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent German & English skills

You are a reliable and dedicated personality with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
