Corporate Real Estate Manager (m/w/d)

Place of work: Ravensburg

People around the world rely on cousins. We rely on you: You coordinate and accompany the rentals and extracts of our tenants, including accommodation and transfers You serve our tenants and are the first contact person in all matters relating to the lease You undertake administrative tasks in the context of rental, in particular the creation and management of rental contracts, as well as the examination and processing of additional cost accounting You lead the general correspondence with tenants You are in regular exchange with the home administration and external service providers You coordinate maintenance measures in coordination with internal departments

How to complete our team: You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector or a comparable subject area You provide several years of professional experience in the financial, administrative and/or real estate sector You have a strong competence in dealing with tenants as well as a well-founded knowledge in the relevant rental law You safely apply MS Office and bring good knowledge in Word and Excel You are characterized by flexibility and loadability in a dynamic working environment.
