Inventory Manager / Vehicle Dispatcher New and Used Cars (m/f/d)

As an inventory manager / vehicle expon (m/w/d) keep all threads around our vehicle pool in hand. You coordinate the entire process from the acquisition to the emotional transfer to the customer and are the communicative link between sales, workshop and clientele. Service-oriented vehicle delivery: You organize the timely transfer of new and used vehicles. With your strong service orientation, you make the transfer of the vehicle for our customers an unforgettable and positive experience. Communication-strong interface management: You are closely and binding daily with the sale, workshop and external service providers to guarantee smooth processes. Vehicle management & presentation: You control the entire life cycle of our used cars. You create high-quality ads for digital stock exchanges and ensure an attractive, sales-promoting equipping of our exhibition spaces. Process coordination: You plan and monitor all processing, repair and logistics processes to keep service times as low as possible. Manufacturer interface: You independently process premium applications directly with the vehicle manufacturers. Customer feedback & quality management: You actively evaluate the customer feedback and take concrete measures to continuously improve our customer service.

You love cars, keep track of high work and are characterized by a high level of empathy, service and eloquence. (m/w/d), a commercial qualification in the motor vehicle sector or a comparable training in a highly service-oriented profession (e.g. Hotelfachmann [m/w/d], Kaufmann [m/w/d] in retail with premium focus, event management or the like). Experience: First professional experience in automotive trade (e.g. disposition, service acceptance) is advantageous – dedicated cross-enterers (m/w/d) from service industries with high affinity for automobiles and intensive customer contact are however expressly welcome. Communication strength & Service gene: You have a strong communication capability, have joy in direct exchange with people and always meet customers and colleagues friendly, sovereign and service-oriented. Customer focus: A high quality awareness and the aim to perfectly implement customer requests within our processes. Knowledge: Secure handling of digital systems (e.g. CRM or ERP software); We require the willingness to work quickly into specific dealer and DMS systems as well as vehicle exchanges (mobile.de / AutoScout24). Working methods: You work extremely structured, are organisationally strong and always keep track of parallel processes. Driving licence: A valid driving permit of class B is of course for you.
