Werkstudent HR Learning & Organizational Development (m/f/d)

As a working student (w/m/d) in the area of People Management, you support the team around Leadership Development, Skills Management and a strategically relevant corporate transformation project. You work closely with HR and business stakeholders and actively contribute to the successful implementation of our Mindset Initiative. You support the design and development of leadership and mindset formats You will start presentations and decision documents for different target groups (including top management) You coordinate and organize the support of training and workshop formats You prepare communication materials around Mindset, Leadership and Skills You keep milestones, dates and stakeholder voting You support feedback evaluations and the derivation of optimization measures Get insight into strategic transformation processes and work on topics with direct relevance for leadership and corporate culture

Experience / Skills Current bachelor or master studies (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences or Similar) Interest in Leadership, Organisational Development & Transformation and Skill Management First practical experiences in the HR, project or consulting environment are advantageous Very good conceptual and analytical skills Secure handling of PowerPoint as well as structured and precise operation Individual initiative, reliability and a good sense for different stakeholders Flowing German and English skills
