Technical Manager (m/f/d)

As a technical manager (m/w/d) you will accompany the construction of our new site in Leipheim. You have budgetary and management responsibility for the areas of commissioning and production technology at our Leipheim site. Your responsibility is to ensure permanent plant availability and to optimize and further develop existing technologies and processes. You ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the entire technical equipment and the control and optimization of the costs and capital input for producing and providing the goods. Also create and monitor the production principles, adjust them and control their application. You are aware of the necessary investment projects for the application of new procedures and technologies and propose them. Ensuring a high level of operational readiness, optimal utilization of the plants and of the operational facilities, you achieve the specified productivity targets. Analysis of production processes to optimize cost-benefit ratios to determine the parameters for product, order, resources and process completes your activity profile.

Complete technical training ideally with successful master/technical training or studies in the field of electrical engineering Multiannual experience in facility management, maintenance of technical equipment and fire protection Good knowledge of automation technology and electrical, mechanical and pneumatic production systems Experience in coordination of foreign companies Self-responsible, targeted and cost-conscious work Organizational and enforcement skills Safe and communicative appearance
