The activities are carried out in the premises of our clients and clients or remotely in the context of mobile work and thus independently of our locations. Training as a bank clerk, bank business managerin or (economic) lawyer with a focus on banks/finance or MaRisk At least 3 years of professional experience as (stv.) compliance officer, consultantin, (association) examinerin or as internalr or externalrevisorin with reference to WpHG compliance Good knowledge of structures and processes in a cooperative bank Very good knowledge of the implementation of regulatory requirements relevant to banks (including WpHG, MiFID ll, MaComp) Technical competence for digital solutions and software understanding Own initiative, good time management, strong quality awareness and high self-motivation to move and advance things Willingness to conduct professional seminars and coaching events in presence and online Versified handling of MS Office Ideally experience and knowledge in (agile) project management and certificate of expertise according to BT 1.3.1.3 MaComp
