You are the first contact person*in for our customers and partners – by phone and digital. With your solution-oriented approach, you can efficiently and effectively process your concerns within our service hours (currently 08:00–19:00). They accompany our customers in the use of our customer portal as well as other digital services and mobile applications. With increasing experience, you take on additional responsibility, for example in projects, in the handling of objects or in the incorporation of new colleagues. As a direct interface to the customer, you collect needs, expectations and desires – and actively contribute this valuable knowledge to the relevant areas of the company.
