Senior Engineer SAP AMS CRM (m/f/d)

AMS 2nd/3rd-Level Support: Your work in the 2nd/3rd-Level-AMS for SAP CRM landscapes with focus on analysis of incidents, delivery of stable fixes and implementation of changes – with a focus on case/case management. Standard compliant extensions: You develop extensions safely to standards in CRM on-Prem environments, for example with WebUI/ GenIL/ BOL and ABAP. ITIL & Release Management: You work according to ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change), beachtest SLAs and supports release/transport management (e.g. Jira/ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM). readiness & Hypercare: Participation in defined readiness and hypercare time windows is planned and is fairly compensated. Permission management: Optionally you are responsible for the correct modeling, maintenance and transport of roles, profiles and authorization objects.

AMS development: You bring several years of experience in AMS development for SAP CRM 7.0 and convince by thorough bug analysis, reliable bug fixation, stable enhancements as well as a clean documentation including consistent knowledge-based care. One-Order & Modulexpertise: You are familiar with topics related to the One-Order Framework, and ideally you have experience with CRM modules such as SAP ICM, Case Management, Grants Management, Service, Complaint & Returns Management or PSCD. Development competence: In addition, you have practical expertise in ABAP OO (Enhancements/BAdIs, RFC/BAPI, Performance Analysis), the CRM WebUI Framework (Component Workbench, Controller/Views, Navigation, Context Nodes) as well as in BOL/GenIL (Queries, Relationships, One Order), which you can safely use in the AMS context. Permissions: Optionally, you control PFCG roles and authorization objects, the organizational model and UI/field permissions, and take Troubleshooting in access problems, the recertification and compliance with SoD principles. Processes & Integration: You also understand the relevant service processes and know the common interfaces to S/4/ERP and email/CTI; ideally, you bring experience with IDoc, REST and OData, and you work routined with ticketing systems like Jira/ServiceNow as well as SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM for safe transport and release management and sound root-cause analyses.
