How we achieve a lot together

• They take active Focal Point Monitoring for the operation and support of IT applications and IT infrastructure components and act proactively within a defined event handling.
• They process customer requests and tasks independently, using prefabricated documentation and processes.
• They analyze and troubleshoot faults and errors independently using a Known Error database (KEDB).
• They support the implementation of changes in the relevant care areas.
• They help to create and maintain solution documentation as well as Known Error database entries.
• You organize your work on your own, vote in the team and prepare shift transfers, perform them and keep the corresponding tools up to date.

When we make big eyes

• You have a completed training in an IT profession (e.g. specialist informatics) or a comparable training with additional qualifications in the field of IT operation / IT foundations.
• Ideally, you have practice in operation and support of IT applications and IT infrastructure components and understand how to qualify and prioritize tickets of all kinds in different systems.
• You have a good IT basic knowledge (application architecture, network technologies, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, common server operating systems, SAP/NonSAP) as well as an ITIL Foundation certification and can apply the ITIL framework in the context of the tasks set.
• They approach problems analytically, identify errors quickly and find solutions or can effectively escalate them or delegate tasks in a targeted manner.
• They like to work in the team, are service-oriented, conscientious and ready to work in the shift service (3 shift-shift system).
• They speak fluent German and ideally good English.
