Senior Product Owner E-Learning (m/f/d)

You analyze existing offers, processes and systems in the e-learning environment and develop them strategically and operationally future-orientedly From the first idea to continuous optimization, you are responsible for product vision, roadmap and prioritization of our digital educational portfolio You control the further development of a scalable, standardized and economically viable e-learning portfolio taking into account regulatory and professional requirements As a central interface, you connect product development, content production, technology, IT, sales and support You make sure that our digital learning offers are technically stable, didactically high-quality, user-friendly and audit-proof. You define product standards, portfolio structures and governance models for their consistent application You actively work on the further development and integration of central platforms and translate technical requirements into implementable product solutions Economic factors such as scalability, reusability, license models and operating costs are consistently related to product development

You have a degree in Media or Education Management, Education, Education, Economics or Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification Experience in digital product management brings you – ideally as a product owner or in a comparable product-driven role In the e-learning environment or with digital educational or platform products you could already gain practical experience With agile ways of working like Kanban, you are sure to go around and have experience in requirements and stakeholders management A good technical understanding helps you quickly work into complex system and process landscapes You have a strong digital affinity and experience in dealing with content management systems and/or learning platforms You can structure, prioritize and translate complex technical, regulatory and technical requirements into clear product decisions Through self-organization, communication strength as well as analytical and conceptual thinking, you convince as well as through empathy and team skills
