Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control house technology as well as minor repairs
• You take care of the care of indoor and outdoor areas, are contact for object users, accompany specialist companies, housing transfers and removals
• You take the emergency service and seasonal winter service
• You work 10 hours a week

What you bring

• You're welcome to have professional experience as a janitor (m/w/d)
• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You ideally own a class B driver's license and a car
• You have a high degree of reliability
• You convince with your dedicated and independent way of working
