Technical leadership of a team of operating technicians from the area of heating / ventilation / air conditioning / sanitary technology Coordinating and accompanying expert reviews and documenting in modern management software Coordinating, accompanying, performing and documenting maintenance and inspection activities Organisation, Instruction and Monitoring of Foreign Companies and Services Advice on site management technology in all questions concerning heating, sanitary and med. gases Maintenance and troubleshooting in the area of heating / ventilation / air conditioning and sanitary Technical support for modernisation and optimization measures in the plant sector

Successfully completed training as master or technician (m/w/d) in the area of heating, sanitary or comparable Funded expertise, commitment, team skills and commitment to readiness and further education are provided Experience in maintenance and maintenance organisation You have well-founded experience in handling CAFM systems and have a clear understanding of the importance of a legally secure, complete and comprehensible technical documentation Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as digitized documentation and revision documents driving licence class B
