They lead and control one of the teams of the Rüsterei in the central warehouse in Landsberg near Halle in disciplined, organizational and professional manner Your top goal is the motivation of your team of about 25 employees to ensure the punctual delivery of goods for our branches The support, training and promotion of the associated employees is one of the key challenges in your area of work They regulate all workflows in the daily business and ensure a smooth running They promote an appraisal and respectful approach in the team and report directly to the department management

A completed commercial or technical training with several years of professional experience or an economic study They already bring first experience in leadership and coordination of teams with Communication strength, organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in stress situations Good MS Office knowledge Ready for work in alternating layers (3 layers)
