They work in the production of insulators: operating a closing machine for plastics In and out of the molds Cleaning of molds Monitoring of systems and documentation or Installation service and equipment equipment. Mounting of manufacturing plants. Product and process control for quality assurance.

A completed training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or have a successfully completed two-year professional training and professional experience in the tasks described above. They have professional experience in machine plant management. The willingness to work in the 3-layer system (Mo. - Fr.). Lust and motivation in a team and innovative companies to work with.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry/shift supplements according to IG Metall/Electrical Agreement.
