WIE KANNST DU OUR TEAM BEREICHERN? As an employee in the Adhesive/Fitting department, you take the responsible task of connecting various components and components to each other. These include, in particular, important adhesive work. We are certified in accordance with DIN 6701-2 – gluing in rail transport. This enables us to glue and add safety-relevant components for rail transport and other industries.

** • Preparation of the surfaces to be bonded and selection and use of suitable adhesives • Professional bonding and joining of high-quality small series components from different materials such as plastic, wood and metal; joining materials and components by means of joining technologies such as rivets, ultrasonic welding, screwing, etc. • Quality assurance by checking the adhesive connections for e.g. dimensional accuracy, function and stability • Support in the development and optimization of adhesive processes and new technologies • Responsibility for maintenance and maintenance of the tools used

DEIN PROFIL • Complete training as a technical model manufacturer, carpenter or comparable qualification • Experience in handling various materials such as plastic, wood and metal • Craft skills and technical understanding (e.g.: reading of technical drawings) • Careful working and quality awareness • Team skills
