System Engineer – Monitoring & Observability (m/f/d)

Expansion and optimization of existing observability monitoring in the Dynatrace environment Administration and operation of the Dynatrace Monitoring Platform Configuration, role and user management as well as continuous optimization and further development of the monitoring landscape Main contact partner for our development and operations teams in all Dynatrace questions as well as interface to external consultants Central coordination and control of the monitoring experts in the specialist teams Coaching and performing internal training on monitoring topics Support for incident fixation and problem management with central monitoring Development of dashboards, alerts and automation, RUM and E2E monitoring Documentation of operating processes and implementation of new metrics, plugins and integrations

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in setting up and managing monitoring environments Knowledge in the Dynatrace environment is desirable, but no requirement – we support you with training Impressed communication skills for interaction with different teams and internal training Experience in the Linux environment and the care of containerized applications Analytical thinking, problem solving and team orientation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, motivated and solution-oriented mode of operation
