Your tasks:

• Planning, installation and maintenance of media technology and AV systems
• Technical support and troubleshooting for events and productions
• Configuration and operation of audio, video and lighting
• Cooperation with customers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Training and instruction of users in the use of media technology
• documentation of the work carried out and the preparation of technical reports
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Your qualifications:

• Complete training in the field of media technology, event technology or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the installation and maintenance of media technology and AV systems
• Knowledge of the operation and configuration of audio, video and lighting technology
• Embossed problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• High customer and service orientation as well as communication strength
• Class B travel and driving licence
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
