As the first contact person of the Chamber of Crafts for several of its central topics, you work with responsibility and view for the whole. Cooperation and communication are your business: You work closely with all areas of the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts, banks, auditors, tax consultancy, the tax office, other chambers and authorities. You contribute to the optimization of uniform receivable management and thus develop a central tool for our efficient work. You are responsible for approx. 15 employees responsible and ensure a positive working environment. You will be supported by two team lines.

Must-have: Successfully completed study of economics or comparable training with multi-year leadership experience. You are familiar with commercial processes, understand the requirements and can expertly control the processes. You bring experiences with financial software and can use them profitably for our processes. Employee motivation and leadership is one of your core competencies – you have several years of proven experience in it. Strategic thinking is your strength – you have the right to participate in the repositioning and further development of the area. For you, “take responsibility” is not a flea – you want to design things and pack things yourself. You want digitalization and are IT-affin. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Nice to have: You know the tax peculiarities of public or non-profit companies. “Handwerk” and “Kammer” are not empty terms for you, but areas you represent with passion.
