Increasing the SMC market share in the assigned region together with our distributors and distributors Professional and disciplinary leadership of the sales team Sales, budget and cost responsibility for the region Staff and regional planning Support and extension of the sales partner network Recruitment, training and leadership and development of regional staff Implementation of sales concept and strategy as well as outcome monitoring Conducting potential analyses and defining strategic target customers in the region Installation of customer penetration plans for large customers Support of key accounts and implementation of major projects together with the partners Provision of market-relevant data Presentation of our company at trade fairs
