Completed studies (DQR 6) in the field of social education, social work, medical and rehabilitation education, special or professional education is absolutely necessary Alternatively: a completed study (DQR 6) in the field of education or social sciences with supplementary subjects or Studies in the above-mentioned fields Replacement: A state-approved education profession (healing education, youth and home education) with relevant supplementary qualification and at least one-year professional experience with the target group may be recognised under certain circumstances High consulting and social competence, empathy for the respective target group Organisational skills, structured and independent working Impressed communication and motivation as well as enforcement German knowledge - verhandlungssicherung (mind.
