You advise and support our insurers and their relatives in the first and subsequent care insurance services. To do this, communicate and coordinate with stakeholders of care insurance to facilitate care. You examine performance claims such as nursing allowance, short-term care, prevention care and (part) stationary care according to nursing and economic criteria. You will also be advised by phone caregivers, caregivers, relatives and caregivers interested customers. Through your commitment, you will ensure customer satisfaction of our customers and take advantage of the sales opportunities within the scope of your activity.

You are social security professionals or merchants in health care with two years of professional experience or have a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the handling of care insurance.
