Your tasks

• provision of operational performance in technically perfect, economic, customer and timely execution (installation and implementation of applications/platforms, verification of functionality)
• planned execution of service and maintenance work (including problem analysis and elimination of disturbances in compliance with contractual agreements)
• Development of circumvention possibilities/resolations to eliminate difficult problems and bring them into the customer system
• Keeping and introducing defined escalation paths/stages
• Documentation of services carried out by the customer, maintenance of technical documentation as part of the task
• Order processing of spare parts, equipment and assembly material
• Leading customer talks in the service area
• forwarding information on business opportunities to sales
• Consumption of customer requests and independent marketing of additional service services

Your profile

• You have a completed training in the information technology, network technology or telecommunications environment and ideally already experience products and solutions from the manufacturer Siemens/Unify (e.g. OpenScape Voice incl. connected applications/ OpenScape SBC / OpenScape UC).
• They have basic knowledge of network and router installations.
• You are also welcome as cross-enterers without completed specialist training if you are interested in the above-mentioned technology segments and the bring along the described activity and a desirable and open-minded manner.
• They bring a customer- and service-oriented mode of operation, a high communication capability and pronounced analytical skills combined with independent action.
• Service and friendliness as well as high flexibility are at your top.
• They are safe in dealing with the MS Office and have fun in an activity in the technical environment in the field of external services.
• driving licence class B and Germany-wide travel readiness
