You support department management in controlling internal tasks, internal change processes and quality assurance of work results. To further develop the credit business, you contribute significantly by optimizing operations and applications. You initiate the introduction of new processes and systems, monitor existing processes and take responsibility for the tasks associated with process responsibility, such as the selection and control of external service providers. You plan, conduct and accompany working groups, trainings and information events on credit issues independently and thus contribute to the successful implementation of changes. In addition, you conduct and accompany credit-related projects, take responsibility in cross-departmental projects and coordinate the implementation of special orders from the Executive Board and the Head of Division.
