Consultant Development Credit Processes (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a speaker development credit processes/principle issues (m/w/d).

You support department management in controlling internal tasks, internal change processes and quality assurance of work results. To further develop the credit business, you contribute significantly by optimizing operations and applications. You initiate the introduction of new processes and systems, monitor existing processes and take responsibility for the tasks associated with process responsibility, such as the selection and control of external service providers. You plan, conduct and accompany working groups, trainings and information events on credit issues independently and thus contribute to the successful implementation of changes. In addition, you conduct and accompany credit-related projects, take responsibility in cross-departmental projects and coordinate the implementation of special orders from the Executive Board and the Head of Division.

You have completed your economic studies in the field of finance or a comparable qualification. You think processes customer- and efficiency-oriented “end-to-end” and know the processes in the credit business from your professional practice. You have good analytical skills and can communicate your conclusions and action proposals concise, convincing and recipient-oriented. You are an expert in implementing new legal and supervisory requirements for the credit business and in the (further) development of credit processes Ideally, you have already successfully managed complex credit projects or are responsible for sub-areas. You convince by a binding and secure appearance and a confident basic attitude.
