The global communication Mercedes-Benz Cars is responsible for the presentation and positioning of all Mercedes-Benz Cars brands in a wide range of media genres. The area is the central point of contact for journalists and multipliers with all questions about Mercedes-Benz Cars and their Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach brands. The product communication department at Stuttgart is responsible, among other things, for the strategic planning of communication activities, the coordination of all measures on and in all communication channels, as well as the content production and distribution as well as the success control throughout the media mix. The portfolio of the department is complemented with the PR & Communication Cars team and its strategic placement in all relevant media.

Your position: As an intern*in you will support our team PR & Communication Cars at 35 hours a week. Do you want to implement your knowledge in practice and seek a task with a high degree of responsibility, design possibilities and initiative? Then you're right with us! These challenges include: Support of the PR & Communication Cars team in the creation of press materials, e.g. press releases and images

Support in the planning and implementation of press and driving events

Responsible for creating presentations for internal and external communication

Responsible for monitoring and analysis of media reporting

Research on the subject of competition observation etc.

Support for media requests and support for journalistic questions

Development and implementation of social media and digital PR measures

Cooperation with various internal departments and external agencies and service providers

The activity may begin from 1 July 2026.

Study programme in the field of media management, communication sciences with a focus on PR/ Journalism/ Media Management, BWL or a comparable subject or a comparable degree course with marketing/distribution Interest in vehicles, technology and storytelling Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications First experiences in PR or media work (e.g. through internships) are a plus Create an important part of the energy transition with us and now apply!
