You'll start forecasts and multiannual economic planning You calculate and negotiate performance offers for our different fields of action You produce reports and you’ll play a key role in optimizing our reporting systems You advise executives and colleagues in diverse business issues You look responsible in collegial teams with You support our corporate management through a variety of business analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations

You have a degree in Business Administration, Social and Health Management or on a completed training with specialist training, e.g. Tested:r Controller:in (IHK) / Tested:r Betriebswirt:in (IHK) You have deeper knowledge of KLR and investment bill You are safe in the application of MS Office products and have an affinity in handling various software tools (possibly experience in handling SAP and corporate planner) You have the pleasure of project work You ideally have knowledge of current social legislation You work independently, target-oriented and result-oriented with colleagues in all disciplines You are communication-strong, analytic, team-capable and resilient You can identify yourself with the diaconic goals of our Christian company
