Sales/Leasing Consultant (m/f/d)

You will participate in our core business, lease and sale of predominantly agricultural land. The main focus of the activity is the maintenance of industrial reorganization and land management procedures. You work closely with the regionally responsible sales and lease teams of our branch. You will take care of the ongoing and new procedures from the outset by registering the procedures in our IT system, performing the necessary alignment with our stock, preparing the plan request date with the competent authorities, conducting further negotiations for the BVVG and finally examining the ground plan. Depending on your qualification and skills, you will take on further tasks during your activity for the BVVG: You will independently prepare and carry out sales and leases for the purpose of (non-)agricultural use and manage the internal decision-making process. You evaluate the agricultural land, determine the purchase and lease prices and negotiate them directly with our customers. In the portfolio, You identify the appropriate sales/interest objects for a public tender, create the corresponding Internet presentations and take over the evaluation of the bids and the creation of the award decisions.

Last but not least, you have knowledge of the SAP RE-FX system or have the willingness to work into the system.
