Employee Business Customer Sales (m/f/d)

We for Jena and the region: With electricity, gas, heat and innovative services, the Stadtwerke Energie Jena-Pößneck stands for sustainable energy supply on site. In order to strengthen our team of business customer sales, we are looking for a dedicated sales personality as a parent-time representative (limited to two years), with a focus on housing.

The aim is to continue employment beyond the deadline.

Gain and maintain electricity, gas and heat customers from the housing industry as well as property and house management Own-responsible conduct of contract and price negotiations with new and existing customers Coordinating and taxing the supply and contract management including offer skalkulation, contract design and conclusion Coordinating and accompanying the implementation of energy services to the customer in cooperation with internal departments Conducting market observations and analyzing competition developments Support the development and development of new, innovative products, services and sales concepts for business customers

Complete economic or technical studies Sales experience in energy products and services Very good knowledge of business basics as well as in offering calculation Found product, market and legal knowledge in the energy industry Safe handling of popular MS Office applications Embossed sales orientation and high communication strength in word and writing Negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking Very good German knowledge (at least level C1) Valid passenger car licence First experiences in the environment of housing are desirable
