Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Retail Architect (f/m/x)

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Architect with a focus on retail (single retail, wholesale or consumer goods), you play a key role in designing and implementing modern ERP solutions that form the backbone of scalable, data-driven trading companies. You will become part of our growing ERP team and help customers switch from fragmented system landscapes to consistently networked processes across branches, e-commerce and supply chains – using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. * Your task includes: Conception and optimization of end-to-end retail processes (e.g. order-to-cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory and Store Logistics) with focus on order management, Basket Sourcing, Omnichannel Pricing and POS integration Drive forward ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard approach, and focus on simplicity and scalability Management of workshops with business stakeholders from the retail, e-commerce and supply chain to analyze requirements and critically question existing processes Translation of technical requirements into structured, scalable SAP solutions as well as configuration in S/4HANA Cloud and integration into the SAP Industry Cloud Portfolio Support for testing, go-live and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and strong user adoption Consulting customers with regard to the use of ERP as a strategic enabler for modern retail business models Support and mentoring of junior consultants and active contribution to expanding our Retail ERP & Industry Cloud skills Continuous training on developments in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, retail trends and best practices in ERP transformation

Essential Skills +5 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant, ideally in the retail environment or in customer-oriented industries Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (ideally Cloud / Public Edition) Very good understanding of retail business processes, especially in the following areas: S/4HANA Sales (former Sales & Distribution / SD) S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Materials Management / MM)

Experience in ERP transformation projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementations or migrations) Strong understanding of end-to-end processes instead of insulated modules Experience in the management of workshops and in close cooperation with business stakeholders Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level) Ability to work both independently and as part of an agile cross-functional team Beneficial Skills Experience with omnichannel setups (integration of store and e-commerce) Knowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions or assortment management First experience in mentoring or leading small teams
