Area Manager Gastronomy Sales Area Mannheim, Weinheim & Hessische Bergstraße (m/f/d)

You are a passionate seller – As a full-blood distributor (m/w/d), you will be able to advise our customers in the gastronomy and beverage wholesale. You burn to attract new customers and maintain partnership relationships with our existing customers – always with the right portion of heart blood, ambition and passion for our products! You convince with our brands – whether Jever, Clausthaler, Schöfferhofer, Selters or Radeberger: You convince our customers of our diverse brands: You conduct sales talks and implement sales promotion activities, distribution extensions and quality checks in your customer circle. You are also responsible for the implementation of the brand strategy, in particular the establishment of our position on the market, as well as the development of sales and earnings. You stand for professionalism – You advise customers competently, solution- and sales-oriented in investment and financing issues, as well as in gastronomy concepts and sales promotion. • You are a Digital Native - Equipped with iPhone & iPad, you will conduct your customer visits and work with the best CRM system on the market. You are a real team player – you have fun being part of a team, achieving goals together and enjoying a team evening after meetings & sales meetings!

Your training – you have a successfully completed commercial, distributive or gastronomic vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, hotel expert, restaurant specialist/wife etc.) at best with additional economic qualification, or a successfully completed study in the fields of business management, hotel management, tourism management etc. Your experience – Multiannual professional experience in field services, ideally in the beverage industry or in the FMCG area is a clear advantage. Your personality – you are a passionate salesman with a networker personality and are characterized by a high customer and service orientation in thinking and acting, pronounced analytical skills, negotiation and enforcement strength, as well as a secure and winning appearance. Your know-how – Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and ideally in CRM will also bring you along. Your mobility – you live in the sales area and have a class B driving licence.
