Internal Sales Clerk - Order Processing / Export (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire order process – from collection to final processing. You will ensure a smooth delivery by creating shipping documents, invoices and the necessary export documents for international shipping. In close cooperation with the field service and logistics, you ensure high customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. You are responsible for the careful care of customer and product master files and thus ensure the quality of our data base. You coordinate shipping dates and are the interface to our logistics partners to ensure punctual transportation.

You have successfully completed a commercial training and have at least five years of relevant professional experience. You are safe and experienced in dealing with current MS Office applications. Their work is characterised by self-employment, reliability and a high customer orientation, while keeping an overview in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you bring first knowledge in the field of wood – but this is not a must. You communicate in German (C1 level) to optimally support our customers.
