The stable operation of Windows and Linux systems is your responsibility. In addition, you continuously maintain and develop virtualized infrastructure based on VMware. For server hardware, firmware, patching and hardening, you assume the technical responsibility in the daily business. New systems and technical components are provided according to requirements and with a view to standardized processes. Disorders in the infrastructure environment analyze structured and lead to sustainable solutions. Operational activities in the data center also belong to your task profile. With your know-how, you contribute to the optimization of operations, safety standards and system availability. Within the team, different technical priorities are possible – such as Windows/Active Directory, Linux, VMware/ESXi, server hardware, iLO/Management networks, data center operation, patching, hardening or automation. So you don't have to cover all the issues alike, but you'll get your strengths where You work best.

A completed IT training or a comparable technical qualification forms the basis of your profile. Practical experience in operating Windows and Linux servers will bring you a good technical basic understanding. You are safe to use VMware and server hardware. In the patching, firmware and hardening sectors, you have already gained well-founded experience. We require know-how in commissioning, error analysis and in technical operation for this position. A structured, solution-oriented and independent procedure is of course for you. Team spirit and pleasure in a technologically demanding environment make your profile complete.
