As Deputy Head of Business Unit (m/w/d), you are slowly preparing for the tasks of an independent Head of Business Unit (m/w/d) and take over more and more responsible tasks. You have a successfully completed degree in the field of BWL / VWL or real estate management or a successfully completed commercial training in the financial services sector (e.g. as a bank businessman / office businessman / insurance businessman / real estate businessman (m/w/d)). You were able to gain first professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility in the sales environment and bring multi-year practical experience in the construction finance consulting of end customers. You love thinking and acting entrepreneurially, and a high sales, customer and service orientation is of course for you.
