You process complex customer queries for all products of the Lübeck municipal works (the focal point of glass fiber and xDSL) through our variety of entrance channels. You will advise our customers on the subject of glass fibers (products and tariffs, construction requests, sales and technical support). You create offers as well as comparative invoices. You work very close to other departments (construction department, sales etc.). You actively participate in customer recovery and cross-selling and upselling operations. You are responsible for master data management and cooperation in projects. You represent our company at customer events, fairs and city festivals.

You have a completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge and skills. Ideally, you already have experience in telecommunications or customer service. You bring technical know-how in the field of fiberglass, xDSL and Fritz!Box. You have customer understanding and are trading solution-oriented. Your handling of MS Office is routined; Ideally, you also have knowledge of SAP IS-U and/or CRM systems. Your reliable working style and your willingness to take responsibility are yours.
