Working in the central global ebusiness team consisting of digital experts with many years of expertise in eCommerce, online portals and UX Responsibility for all platform-specific aspects from a technical, organisational and process perspective, including security, permissions, roles and data protection Support in the further development of our global ecommerce platform based on Intershop as a central interface between eCommerce manufacturer Intershop, developers, IT operation, application landscape and our internal customers Examination of requirements for application for technical feasibility in close cooperation with the Business Process Owner/Product Owner, project managers and solution architects Responsibility for the knowledge management of the global eCommerce platform including Documentation Further development of our scaled, agile development methodology. Moderation of agile ceremonies and implementation of application-specific workshops Close cooperation with the Operations Manager (IT) and the eCommerce manufacturer Intershop (Commerce as a service provider) to ensure continuous optimization Establishing (standard) processes together with Business Process Owner/Product Owner, Project Managers and Solution Architects and Continuous Improvement of Processes Common development of a roadmap of non-functional requirements with the solution and software architects to ensure the long-term operability of the technical solution

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science or a comparable subject or relevant professional experience At least three years of professional experience in a similar function Founded (technical) experience in building and developing eCommerce applications Good knowledge in eCommerce Good knowledge in eCommerce business models, user experience / usability and ePayment Practical experience with agile methods, digital product development processes and development tools such as Azure DevOps and/or JIRA Customer orientation, strong communication strength in German and English as well as team skills
