Within our field of operating technology, we are looking for 1 employee indefinitely:with an average weekly working time of 39 hours as: Head (Group Manager) for the technical manager (m/w/d)

Management and organisation: Technical and organisational management of technical specialists across several locations Maintenance and technology: monitoring, evaluation and operation of technical installations via building control technology. Introduction of necessary measures and management in the event of technical emergency and disaster. Planning and implementation of maintenance services, coordination of employees in shift services Staff coordination: Planning, coordination and leadership of the team in shiftwork Acceptance and security: Accompanying acceptances, ensuring occupational safety and regular occupational safety instructions Quality management and documentation: compliance and further development of quality management processes as well as documentation and follow-up of maintenance work in the CAFM system

Training as a state-of-the-art technician: in/master: in communication safety technology, electrical engineering, installation and heating technology or a completed vocational training in the craft sector with many years of professional experience in healthcare Experience and knowledge in the handling and care of industrial and industrial plants Experience in hospital operation is advantageous Knowledge of procurement law and relevant standards, regulations and directives are desirable leadership experience of advantage, high degree of flexibility, reliability and independent work, team and communication skills, quality and solution orientation, customer friendliness Willingness to take over call readiness services Car driver license is advantageous Grow with us: You bring with you the professional experience – we help you become a strong leadership.
